Leonid Cherny is a famous Russian professional lawyer
He is a winner of the highest Russian legal award “Lawyer of the Year” and is in the «top 10» of the best lawyers in Russia.
Cherny was born in 1974 in Samara. He finished the Law school and made up his mind to become a lawyer. So the young man entered the Moscow State University and after graduation from it became a devoted to his cause qualified lawyer. Today he is known as a leader and an active member of various public projects of national importance.
In April 2004 Leonid Cherny has passed the examination for the status of lawyer at the Chamber of Advocates in Moscow with great results. During his work Cherny has already successfully completed more than 80% of arbitrate, civil and criminal cases. During his professional activities more than forty scientific and practical works on the problems of Law and Economics have already been published.
Leonid Cherny’s practice connected mainly with corporate law and intellectual property matters for public and private companies. He also has a considerable experience with start-up companies, registration and liquidation of legal entities, mergers and acquisitions and provides a successful judicial assistance in obtaining patents and registration of trademarks for both enterprises and individual entrepreneurs.
